On Saturday 2 July Laura Christie sang to a sell-out crowd at MKDC in New Bradwell.

The young go-go dancers’ were a popular & lively opener with their performance to ‘Do you love me’ & from that moment on the night was buzzing.

Laura sang classic, contemporary and country music from her extensive songbook, Lauras use of song humour and her choice of music had everyone on their feet from the beginning of the evening until the end.

The dance floor was heaving all evening with audience singing along enthusiastically to Laura’s fabulous renditions of favourites old & new.

The applause was deafening as Laura left the stage at the end of a fantastic night’s entertainment.

MK Dancer Amanda Blundell said ‘an awesome night, best ever! When are we doing it again?’. Caroline Gerella said ‘Laura has a fantastic voice. We have followed her for some time at other venues, so to have her singing at our dance centre was amazing’.

Promoter and organiser Jim Lynch said, “We knew Laura would be good but the response has been overwhelming. There will definitely be more nights like these”.

The next MKDC theme night will be on 8 October 2017 when ‘MKDC does the 1970’s’. If you would like to join us make sure we have your email address by registering your interest at [email protected].
