call us or use this site to find classes that interest you and come along a few minutes before the start - as you enter the building someone will greet you at reception and ask you to fill out a few details
there are no joining fees or membership costs - you only pay for the lessons you attend
so come along and enjoy something new - it's great fun and you'll be keeping fit at the same time!
